Designed by Vancouver artist Bill Pechet, the open vessel Emptyful Fountain is a part of the Winnipeg Arts Council Public Art Project. Conceived with light and water features in mind, and comprised of stainless steel, lights, water, and fog, Emptyful is a true sight to behold during all seasons. It has made world news, being covered in publications from Germany, France, Russia, and Italy. With 10 different companies consulted for Emptyful, and approximately 30 people working on the project, Ful-Flo Industries Ltd. is proud and honoured to have taken part in the installation of this beautiful and unique piece of public art.
